📌 Common Issues & Troubleshooting

❓ My deals are not posting on social media

  • Check if the selected platform is enabled (Green icon ✅)
  • Restart your Express Bot or Private Bot 🔄
  • Make sure you have saved your Affiliate Tags 🔗
  • Post Message from Affiliate Solution website and check if there is any error message
  • Send logs command in Express bot to know the error message

❓ My deals are getting converted from Express Bot but not posting on social media

  • Make sure you have selected social media from bot options menu. If not selected, the bot will convert the deal but not post it.

❓ My deals are getting converted from Express Bot but not posting on WhatsApp groups or channels

  • Ensure that WhatsApp is selected in the bot options.
  • Re-login to WhatsApp and try again.
  • Restart your Express Bot and check logs for errors.

❓ Amazon product details are not appearing in the deal message

  • Check if Amazon API Key is added 🏷️
  • Wait 72 hours after generating a new API Key ⏳

❓ Short URL is not working
