🤖 Private Bot Setup Guide

🔹 Why is This Important?

The Private Bot allows you to use your own Telegram bot for posting deals with your affiliate tag.
This gives you full control over the bot name, branding, and posting style.

🔹 Steps to Set Up Private Bot

🛠 Step 1: Navigate to Affiliate Solution Website

  1. Log in to Affiliate Solution.
  2. Click on "Bot" from the menu.
  3. Click on "Private Bot".
  4. You will see the Bot Configuration page.

🤖 Step 2: Create Your Telegram Bot

  1. Open Telegram App and search for @BotFather.
  2. Tap Start → type /newbot.
  3. Enter a name for your bot (e.g., My Deals Bot).
  4. Enter a username (must end with _bot, e.g., MyDeals_bot).
  5. @BotFather will provide a Bot Token (looks like 1234567:ABC-XYZ...).
  6. Copy and save it — you’ll need it in the next step.
  7. ⚠️ Do not share this token or bot name (anyone with it can control your bot).

🔑 Step 3: Configure Bot in Affiliate Solution

  1. Paste your Bot Token in the field Bot token*.
  2. Select your preferred Bot Convert Option (explained below).
  3. Click Save Configuration ✅.

🔹 Converter Options Explained

You can control how your Private Bot will handle messages.

🔵 Share Without Image (Text Only)

  • Use: Sends text only, without product images.
  • Benefit: Faster posting, lightweight.
  • Mode: ✅ Convert + Auto Share

🟢 Share With Image (Text + Image)

  • Use: Sends both text and product images.
  • Benefit: More engaging posts for your audience.
  • Mode: ✅ Convert + With Media

🟡 Direct Share (No Convert)

  • Use: Shares the original message without any link processing.
  • Benefit: Best if you want to keep the message exactly as it is.
  • Mode: ❌ No Convert (Direct only)

⚫ Convert Only (No Share)

  • Use: Converts your deal links to affiliate format but does not post anywhere.
  • Benefit: Useful if you only need converted text/links for manual use.
  • Mode: ✅ Convert only, ❌ No Share

🔹 Bot Control Center

Once your bot is configured, you can manage it from the Bot Control Center.

🌐 Main Server

  • Default server for primary bot operations.
  • Click Start Bot On Main Server to activate.
  • High-performance server for faster operations.
  • Recommended for speed and reliability.
  • Click Start Bot On Express Server to activate.

🔹 Why Two Servers?

  • If one server is under maintenance or facing technical issues, you can instantly switch to the other.
  • Ensures uninterrupted deal posting with just one click.
  • Keeps your affiliate operations running 24x7 without downtime.

🔹 Global Bot Controls

These options affect your bot across all servers:
- Restart Bot → Restarts bot on all servers.
- Stop Bot → Stops bot completely.
- Delete Bot → Permanently removes your bot configuration.

✅ Final Step: Test Your Bot

After saving your bot configuration and starting it on a server, you need to choose where your bot will post deal messages.

🛠 Step 1: Open Post Settings

  1. From the left menu in Affiliate Solution, click on Bot.
  2. Under Private Bot, click Post Settings For Bot.
  3. Select the social media platforms where you want the bot to post deals (Telegram, WhatsApp, WordPress, Twitter, Blogger, Facebook).
  4. Click Save ✅.

🛠 Step 2: Send Test Message

  1. Go to the Private Bot.
  2. Post a test deal.
  3. Check if the message is delivered to the platforms you selected.

⚡ Troubleshooting

  • If the message is not posting:
  • ✅ Make sure you selected at least one platform in Post Settings For Bot.
  • ✅ Ensure your bot is started on either Main Server or Express Server.
  • ✅ Verify that your social media settings are correct.
  • ✅ Double-check your Bot Token in configuration.

Q. My bot is not posting images.
→ Choose Share With Image and re-save configuration.
